Tender for Tree/Hedge Work, St Mary's Drive, Sutterton
Tender for tree works on land at top of St Mary’s Drive, Station Road, Sutterton
Tenders are invited for the following tree works:
- To cut back overhanging trees/hedges to a neighbouring property on the parcel of land at the top of St Mary’s Drive as per the location plan – attached
Contractors should visit the site and acquaint themselves with the precise nature of the area. Contractors will be responsible for providing all necessary labour, plant and machinery and protective clothing to undertake these works. The successful contractor will undertake a health and safety assessment for the works and ensure that employees work strictly in accordance with these requirements. A copy of your Public Liability Insurance certificate will also be required should you be successful.
Your quotation should be returned by Tuesday 30th December 2025 at 5pm. Quotes will be presented at the Parish Council meeting on Wednesday 7th January 2026 for authority to appoint the successful contractor. The Parish Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any quote.
