MINUTES OF SUTTERTON PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY APRIL 5th 2023 IN THE COMMUNITY LOUNGE AT THE VILLAGE HALL

The chairman had no comments.
22/164 Apologies for absence and the reasons given
Apologies were received from Cllr. Maltby.
22/165 Receipt of declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the localism Act 2011, and to consider any written request for dispensations in relation to disclosable pecuniary interests
None were received.
22/166 Notes of the last meeting held on March 1st 2023
It was proposed by Cllr. Thorpe seconded by Cllr. Rushworth that the minutes be signed.

No matters were raised.

No items were raised by members of the public.
22/169 Lincolnshire County Council matters and Boston Borough - Information from and for County and Borough Councillors
Neither Councillor was present.
22/170 Correspondence received which the Council are invited to resolve on
Administration and accounts of the Village Hall, enquiring if the Council were paying for all 3 meetings regarding the Coronation.
Action - Clerk to reply that that the Parish Council would pay for the hire of the Community Lounge
22/171 Highway matters
Cllr’s to report faults on fix my street, but should include the clerks email in their submission
22/172 Speed Detection
Mr. Ingamells is to look into the problem with downloading the data.
22/173 The Coronation of King Charles III
The Chairman is not able to attend the presentation of the mugs and has asked Cllr. Maltby to attend in her place.
22/174 Accounts for payment – as per sheet 12 of 12 dated March 2023
It was proposed by Cllr. Thorpe and seconded by Cllr. Ingham that the payments be made.

22/175 To Discuss the Cemetery Charges
It was proposed by Cllr. Rushworth seconded by Cllr. Allen that the Charges be increased by 17%
22/176 Community Cleaner
It was proposed by Cllr. Sands seconded by Cllr. Ingham that the hourly rate should be increased in line with minimum wage
22/177 Matters for t.he May Agenda
The Clerk explained that due to the Election the May meeting would be held on Wednesday May 10th 2023.
