161/20 Chairman’s Comments
Cllr. Fitchett informed the meeting that it was not he who now was riding around the village towing a trailer behind his mobility scooter.
162/20 Apologies for absence and the reasons given
Apologies were received from the Police via email.
163/20 Receipt of declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any written requests for dispensation in relation to members disclosable pecuniary interests

170/20 Highways
Cllr. Allen reported that the lights on A16 opposite Dowdyke are not working.
The road sign on One Way Street was repaired the day it was reported.
Cllr. Sands had emailed Cllr. George regarding fly tipping on Stone Lane/Broad Lane.
Cllr. George reported that the rubbish has been cleared from the Burger King site and that concrete blocks will be installed to prevent parking on the site.
A pothole has been reported outside 37 Park Avenue.

Cllr. George reported that the device is now on Wigtoft Road and will be there until it needs recharging.

B/19/0383 Residential development of 256 no. two, three and four bed, two storey dwellings with associated access and infrastructure at Land at Station Road/Spalding Road, Sutterton, PE20 2EU
Sutterton Parish Council discussed the application and has no objections but hopes that a Zebra crossing could be installed for safety reasons on Station Road for children going to school.
B/20/0452 Listed Building Consent for change of use and conversion of the Old Mill to form a self-contained annexe in connection with existing dwelling at the Old Mill, Mill Lane, Sutterton PE20 2EN
Sutterton Parish Council discussed the application and has no objections.

174/20 Inspection Rota for Cemetery and play Equipment
It was proposed by Cllr. Sands and seconded by Cllr. Ingham that the Council provide a High Viz waistcoat for Councillor’s. Cllr. Sands on the inspection rota had been unable to check the slide. Cllr. Thorpe offered to do the inspection rota in March for Cllr. Senneck. Cllr. Thorpe asked that Cllr. Sands take over maintenance of the Boston road planter. Cllr. Sands is to maintain the Station Road planter and Mr. & Mrs. Maltby are to take on the Wigtoft Road planter.
Cllr. Allen has found a couple of slabs, that could be put under the bench in the Cemetery. During the month, the council were made aware of a report of a child cutting his finger on the slide, the slide was inspected by 2 Councillors, and a small item was found but it was thought this would not cut a child. The Council has not received any photographs of the injury.
175/20 Matters to Report
Cllr. Ingham has been approached regarding, the newly mended railings on Wigtoft Road, which have not been painted.
176/20 Matters for inclusion in the April Agenda
Cllr. Thorpe proposed that all new Councillor’s should attend training, this was agreed by the meeting.
There being no further business the meeting closed at approx. 8.21pm. The next meeting will be on Wednesday April 7th 2021 at 7.00pm.
