There were no matters for the public forum.
116/21 Chairman’s Comments
Cllr. Fitchett reported that the Cemetery gates have been repaired, one gate no longer opens so the entrance to the old part of the Cemetery is now foot access only.
117/21 Apologies for absence and the reasons given
Apologies were received from Cllr. Cooper (BBC) and the Police.
118/21 Receipt of declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2022, and to consider any written requests for dispensations in relation to members’ disclosable pecuniary interests
None were received.
119/21 Notes of the last meeting held on October 6th 2021, to be approved as the minutes
It was proposed by Cllr. Baker seconded by Cllr. Allen that the minutes be approved

There were no matters reported to the Police.

There were no questions from members of the public.

123/21 Lincolnshire County Council matters and Boston Borough - information from and for County and Borough Councillors
Cllr. Brookes reported on a local transport survey, which closes on 1st December 2021
Action - Clerk to forward the link to all members
124/21 Correspondence received which the Council are invited to resolve on
Sutterton Methodist Church Council – it was reported that members of the Methodist Church have suggested that a crossing is required to help their members who are mainly elderly, to cross the road

South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership Statement a statement has been released following the death of Sir David Amess MP.

125/21 Highway Matters
Cllr. George reported that the pothole on Stanley Drive has still not been filled.
The white fence on the Roundabout has been scheduled for action.
A complaint has been received regarding the speed of traffic on Wigtoft Road, the author doesn’t seem to be aware that Sutterton has a Speed Indicator devise and of the flashing sign on Wigtoft Road, and that until recently a Speed Watch Scheme was operating in the village. The Council are now looking for volunteers to join the Speed Watch team, any person interested please contact the Clerk.

The Speed Indicator devise is still on Spalding Road.
Action the Clerk to contact Unipart Dorman for assistance in downloading the information
127/21 Community Speed Watch
The Clerk has collected the items used by the Speed Watch team
Action the Clerk to advertise for villagers willing to volunteer and attend training
128/21 Planning
B/21/0452 Erection of single storey side extension at 13, Rainwall Court, Sutterton, PE20 2EG. The application was discussed, and no objections were raised.

130/21 Parish Matters
Inspection Rota for cemetery and play equipment
Cllr. Thorpe on the Inspection Rota had little to report, it was discussed that the Cemetery needs attention.
Action - Clerk to make contact with the payback team
The Clerk to confirm the arrangements for Remembrance Services.

It was reported that Moles are again in the Cemetery

132/21 matters for the December Agenda
Cllr. Sands requested that the Queens Platinum Anniversary and the co-option of members to Sutterton Parish Council be on the December agenda.
There being no further business the meeting closed at approx. 9.00p.m.
